About the Role: 
As a Sales Developer Manager, you will lead a team of field sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and drive team performance to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities: 
Guide and motivate a team of field sales representatives.
Develop and execute strategies for market growth.
Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor team performance and address improvement areas.
Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications: 
1-2+ years of experience in field sales or team management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Age: 22-38 years.
Local candidates  preferred.

Compensation: 
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA (depending on role)
