Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth by developing relationships with agency managers and clients. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, passionate about sales, and capable of generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
– Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with agency partners and clients.
– Sales Support: Work closely with agency managers to ensure sales goals are met.
–Client Success: Provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Prior field sales or business development experience.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Graduate with prior sales experience preferred.
-Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 LPA + Incentives + Bonuses + Retirement Benefits + Family Insurance
