Job Description

Responsibilities :

– Recognizing the demands and requirements of the clients.

– Putting together and delivering monthly sales reports.

– Describing to clients the advantages of the product.

– Networks, both personal and professional. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.

– A group of sales agents are employed, educated, inspired, and counseled. Potential Insurance Advisors are identified and recruited.

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Candidates with an Associate degree in any field will also be preferred.

– 2+ years of working experience in a Field Sales role in the Sales department.

– Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.

– Willingness to work in a team environment.

– Age between 21 to 38
