Job Title: Agency Recruitment and Development Manager
A team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are directed by a sales development manager in order to generate fresh leads and a strong sales funnel. Coaches, performance managers, and planners ensure the team meets its goals and drives business growth.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Responsibilities :
1.Employ, train, and acclimate new salespeople.
2.Help the team expand the sales pipeline and acquire new clients.
3.Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s goal-oriented attention.
4.Enhance sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output.
