Market Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team within the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our agency network.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and goal achievement.
- Build and nurture relationships with agency partners to foster loyalty and drive mutual growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to adapt strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Field
- Min. experience (1+ years) in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Bike Ownership
