Job Description

Role & Responsibility 

  • To create a strong sales team, find and hire possible agents.
  • Motivate and lead your field sales team with a strong sense of purpose.
  • To resolve issues and offer assistance, keep lines of communication open and frequent with agents.
  • Give agents access to market data so they can efficiently customize their sales tactics.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback to boost productivity.
  • Make certain that agents are knowledgeable about the latest regulations, goods, and compliance requirements.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Strong ethical standards and adherence to compliance norms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Qualification :

  • Bachelor  Degree In Any Field
  • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Age Will Be 21 To 38
  • Local Candidate Mandatory
