Job Description

Responsibility 

> To create a strong sales team, find and hire possible agents.
> Motivate and lead your field sales team with a strong sense of purpose.
> To resolve issues and offer assistance, keep lines of communication open
and frequent with agents.
> Give agents access to market data so they can efficiently customize their sales tactics.
> Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback to boost productivity.
> Make certain that agents are knowledgeable about the latest regulations, goods,
and compliance requirements.

Additional Requirements: 

> High moral standards and conformity to compliance guidelines.
> The capacity to efficiently manage time and work independently.

 

Qualification :

> Bachelor  Degree In Any Field
> Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
> Age Will Be 21 To 38
> Local Candidate Mandatory
