• Managing team operations, cultivating and maintaining client connections, and guaranteeing client satisfaction

• In charge of agent growth and training to meet company objectives

• Holding frequent team meetings and evaluations to guarantee team effectiveness

• Working together with branch and regional managers to match organizational objectives with strategies

CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
