Roles and Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving results.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

• Oversee market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team, ensuring targets are met.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance.

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
