Job Description

We are looking for a Market Sales Manager with a lot of drive and experience to guide and develop our agency channel sales team.

Crucial Performers :

• Create and carry out strategic plans to meet sales goals and grow our network of agencies.
• To guarantee outstanding performance and target attainment, lead, oversee, and inspire the sales staff.
• Establish and maintain ties with agency partners to promote mutual growth and loyalty.
• To aid in lead creation, find new market prospects and carry out marketing initiatives.
• Organize frequent training sessions to improve the sales team’s abilities and expertise.
• Examine sales information, market trends, and competition behavior to make appropriate strategy adjustments.
• Work together with cross-functional groups to coordinate marketing and sales campaigns.
• Track and report sales performance, giving senior management useful information.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s qualification in any field
• At least one year of sales and marketing experience
• strong team management and leadership abilities.
• A current driver’s license and ownership of a bicycle
