We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Market Sales Manager to lead and grow our agency channel sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our agency network.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster growth and loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and expertise.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Monitor and report sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal two-wheeler.
