Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Position Overview:
To assist the sales team in pursuing new business prospects, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be in charge of creating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Targeting important business decision-makers as well as individual clients, conduct research to find potential customers in need of insurance services.
Evaluate leads according to their suitability for our offerings and their willingness to buy. Make sure the client and the insurance options offered are a good fit.
Give management regular updates and reports on pipeline status, performance metrics, and lead creation activities.
Desired candidate profile:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
