Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.
  • Identify emerging market trends and develop lead-generation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.

Basic requirement :
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in field sales and marketing.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.
