Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager drives sales, builds relationships, and grows revenue within a designated region. They manage accounts, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
Develop sales plans and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
