Job summary
The Area Sales Officer role involves managing relationships with insurance advisor, supporting them with training and resources, ensuring they meet sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential agents to expand the agency network.
- Assist agents in achieving their sales goals through one-on-one coaching and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth in the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to challenges.
- Keep track of competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure that agents comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including local and national insurance regulations.
Requirements-
- Any graduate
- Experience in sales of 1-2 years
- Local preferable
- Age 21 – 38
Skills-
- Ability to work with a diverse group of advisor and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
