Job Description
Role: Agency Development Manager
Objective: Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company’s growth. One of a firm’s most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.
Key Responsibilities :
• Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
• Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
• Find possible customers in such markets.
• Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
• Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
• An advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
• Age range: 21–38 years old.
• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
