Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Officer

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are led by a sales manager who assists them in creating a strong sales funnel and generating leads. By offering direction, keeping an eye on output, and creating winning plans, they make sure the group meets its objectives.

 

Education: Any Graduate

Pay Roll: On Roll

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.

Age: 21 – 38 years

 

Responsibilities :

Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.

Assist the group in expanding the sales funnel and acquiring new clients.

Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s focus on achieving objectives.

Improve sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output and performance.

 

Skills:

excellent team management and leadership abilities.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

Capacity to effectively lead and inspire a sales force.

solid understanding of marketing and sales.

establish and preserve ties with stakeholders and clients.
