Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
Drive sales growth by offering tailored insurance solutions to businesses.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term partnerships.
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
