Job Description
Sales Manager (Agency Channel) Job Responsibilities:
– Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
– Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agent
– Achieving mapped middlemen’s assigned PMS targets
– Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
– Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and procedure training
– Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
– Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Any sales or related field
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
