A Senior Business Development Manager (Senior BDM) is a more advanced and strategic role compared to a standard Business Development Manager. This position typically requires several company’s long-term strategic direction.

-Develop and implement high-level business development strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
-Collaborate with senior executives to define growth objectives and build roadmaps to achieve them.
-Evaluate the company’s market position and adjust business development strategies as needed.
-Lead efforts in analyzing market trends, emerging industries, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
-Use market insights to create data-driven business development plans.
-Stay ahead of industry changes, leveraging this knowledge to identify gaps and anticipate client needs.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and major stakeholders.
-Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring the company maximizes revenue and maintains strong client relations.
-Engage with top-level executives at client organizations to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
