Job Title: Sales Manager
A Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). They help the team find new leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and achieve goals by coaching, managing performance, and creating successful plans.
Responsibilities :
1. Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.
2.Find new business opportunities.
3.Help the team attract customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
4.Encourage teamwork and focus on goals.
5.Improve sales processes and team performance
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in Field sales and marketing
Age between 21 – 38
Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
