Position : Unit Sales Manager
A Business Development Manager finds new opportunities, builds relationships with clients, and creates plans to grow the business, boost sales, and enter new markets.
Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Find new clients and markets to help the business grow.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to support growth.
• Make sure new clients have a smooth onboarding and build long-term relationships.
Skills Required :
• Capable of establishing rapport and closing transactions through effective communication and writing.
• Understand how to employ sales tactics to boost revenue and close deals.
• Able to identify new opportunities by analyzing consumer demands and market trends.
• Capable at identifying issues and coming up with innovative fixes.
