Job Description:
In order to increase our reach through bank partnerships in the Branch Banking Department of Banca Channel, we are seeking a Bancassurance Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Create and maintain solid relationships with partner banks.
• Teach bank employees how to properly market and sell insurance products.
• Adhere to business and industry guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Determine areas for improvement and suggest tactics.
• Report on sales and market trends on a regular basis.
• Continue to be well-versed in our life insurance offerings.

Qualification and Experience: 

• Bachelors’ Degree mandatorily.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in banking sales & marketing.
• 3+ years in residential or native.
• Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
