Role: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive growth in life insurance sales.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agency partners.
Develop and implement business development strategies.
Provide training and support to agency partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Skills:
Strong business development and relationship building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its regulations.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Age: 21 to 38
Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
