Job Description: Outside Sales Representative (Agency Channel) – Life Insurance 
Role: Sell life insurance products directly to consumers through agency partners.

Responsibilities: 
Generate leads through prospecting and networking.
Conduct needs assessments to identify customer needs.
Present life insurance products to potential customers.
Close sales and process applications.
Provide ongoing customer service and support.
Attend agency meetings and trainings.

Skills: 
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Candidate must have field job experience.
Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
