Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager in the agency vertical for India’s leading insurance company.

Responsibilities:

•  Seek out and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
•  Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to highlight products and services.
•  Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
•  Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet set targets.
•  Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
•  Stay informed of market trends and competitor actions to capitalize on opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred,  mandatory.
• Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Applicants from the regional area are preferred.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
