We’re looking for a dynamic Agent Development Manager to lead, coach, and inspire agents, driving performance and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and guide a team of agents to achieve personal and team performance goals.
  • Regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored development plans.
  • Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance agent skills and capabilities.
  • Work closely with leadership to align agent development with business goals.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Graduation Compulsorily.
  • Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ Year residential or Native.
