Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the direct sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of direct sales experience, with leadership experience.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
