Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships through in-person interactions and direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to highlight products and services.
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet set targets.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor actions to capitalize on opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Applicants from the regional area are preferred.
