Job Description: 
A Bancassurance Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales through bank partners by building strong relationships, training bank staff, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain relationships with bank branches.
• Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Achieve sales targets through the bank channel.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops for engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Experience and Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree mandatorily.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services.
• Strong communication, relationship management and sales skills.
