The Field Sales Manager leads a team to drive sales in the assigned region, develops strategies, builds client relationships, and tracks performance to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Track performance and report to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Mandatory.
- 2-5 years in sales, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time with travel required.
- 5 Days working Sunday week off.
