Job Description
A Trade Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and managing relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Responsibility & Roles :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
- Adjust strategies based on sales data and feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age: Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales
- Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
