In order to increase sales and maintain good ties with customers, distributors, and retail partners, a Channel sales manager is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action sales strategy to grow your market share.
- Recognize client needs and provide solutions that are specific to them.
- Oversee, mentor, and inspire a group of salespeople.
- Clearly define the team’s performance measures and sales goals.
- Adapt tactics in light of feedback and sales statistics.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old
- 1–4 years of experience in any sales-related field
- Graduation is Mandatory
