A Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, and monitoring overall performance to drive revenue growth.
Must:

- 2+ years of sales experience.

Responsibility:
- Recruit, hire, and train new field sales representatives.
- Assign territories and sales quotas to each team member.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales reps.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
