Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop impactful training programs that equip agents with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in a competitive market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies and remain competitive
    Ensure agency partners adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry-best

 Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Any bachelor graduates
  • minimum 2-3 years experience in field Sales and Marketing
  • Must need Local candidate
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
