Job Description

  • Job Role :
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the BFSI sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through open marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients in the field to promote our loan and life insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners to enhance channel sales.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.

 

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the BFSI sector, preferably in insurance or banking.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, loan offerings, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
