Sales Manager – Team Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, driving sales targets, and implementing strategies to ensure the success of the sales.

• 2+ years of experience in sales.

• Must have own bike.

Roles:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
• Monitor individual and team performance, track progress against sales goals, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create and implement territory plans and sales campaigns to improve sales pipeline.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
