Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Executive to drive sales through our agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new agency partners.

• Train and support agents on product offerings and sales techniques.

• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to agents.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance and address challenges.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or Field sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Must be local candidate
