Job Description: 
The sales and distribution of insurance products within a bank’s network are supervised and managed by a Bancassurance Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Make plans for insurance distribution through the bank and put them into action.
• Develop and oversee connections with bank personnel and insurance companies.
• Provide bank employees with training and direction on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Increase public awareness of insurance by launching campaigns and projects.
• Keep an eye on sales results and modify your strategy for better results.
• Increase client retention by offering specialized insurance options.
• Keep up with the competitive environment and market developments.

Qualification and Experience: 

• Graduation compulsory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in Banking and Insurance.
• 3+ years in residential or native.
• Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
