Role: Field Sales Manager

Objective:A Business Development Manager leads a sales team, finds new business opportunities, and helps the company grow by creating strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Set goals and plans to grow the business and revenue.
Research and find strategies for new markets.
Identify potential clients in those markets.
Follow up on leads and help them through the sales process.
Set team goals and create plans to reach them.

Requirements:

Graduate degree or similar.
2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Aged between 21 and 38.
Strong leadership skills to manage a team.
Excellent communication skills.
