Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a designated geographic territory, including setting sales targets, leading a team of sales representatives.
Must:
- Local candidate Preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Age limit is 24-38.
- 2+Year of sales experience needed.
Role:
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives within their territory.
- Motivate and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with clients.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, including forecasts and sales pipeline updates.
- Allocate sales resources efficiently across the assigned territory.
