Job description  
The Area Business Development Manager helps grow the business in a specific region by working with agents. You’ll recruit, train, and support agents to make sure sales goals are met.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  •  Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents.
  • Develop strategies to boost agent productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal agent performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2+  years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a successful team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to analyze performance data and create strategies for growth.
