Job Description
As an Associate Sales Manager, you will work closely with the senior sales team to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age 24 to 44 years.
