Job Description
The unit sales manager is in charge of managing and guiding the sales team inside a particular unit.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead the sales team to accomplish objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
Competency and Qualifications:
- proven proficiency in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree.
