Role: Sales Manager
Objective: A Business Development Manager (BDM) leads a sales team, finds new business opportunities, and creates strategies to help the company grow.
Key Responsibilities :
– Set goals for business and revenue growth.
– Research strategies to target new markets.
– Find potential clients in those markets.
– Follow up on leads and help them through the sales process.
– Set team goals and create plans to reach them.
Requirements:
• An advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
• Age range: 21–38 years old.
• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
