Job Description

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team of Financial Consultants to Drive Sales and Master Insurance Products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Financial Consultants (FCs), setting clear targets and ensuring they exceed sales expectations.
  • Create an environment of collaboration and energy, providing consistent support to improve performance and professional growth.
  • Deliver ongoing training to sharpen sales tactics, product knowledge, and relationship management skills with clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • Strong people management skills, with a focus on team building and motivating others to achieve success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Local residency is essential.
