Manage and Motivate a Team of Financial Consultants to Excel in Sales and Deepen Their Product Knowledge in the Insurance Market

Role Overview:

  • Take charge of a team of Financial Consultants (FCs), guiding them to exceed sales goals and gain in-depth knowledge of insurance offerings.
  • Foster a motivating and high-energy work culture, offering regular feedback and support to maximize performance.
  • Lead training sessions designed to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and client relationship management.

Candidate Criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within sales or financial services, such as insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team to success through motivation and mentorship.
  • Educational background: Any graduate.
  • Local candidates preferred.
