Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents or advisors.
• Drive sales targets and ensure policy conversions through agents.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to Team to improve productivity.
• Conduct sales meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase market penetration.
• Monitor Advisor performance and help them achieve their sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or Marketing .
• Age should be between 21 to 38
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
