Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals. The duties include hiring, educating, and cultivating a group of advisors or Team for insurance.

Responsibilities

• Encourage sales goals and make sure agents convert policies.
• Continue to encourage and support the team in order to increase production.
• Talk about sales and hold training sessions.
• To improve market penetration, create and implement company strategies.
• Track advisors’ progress and assist them in reaching their sales targets.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• The preferred degree is a bachelor’s.
• two or more years of sales or marketing experience.
• The ideal age range is 21 to 38.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Superb communication.
