Take charge of business development efforts, forging new partnerships, and leading a team of sales experts to grow insurance sales in the region
Key Duties:
- Drive recruitment and sales initiatives within the assigned region.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local agents, supporting their long-term growth.
- Deliver training programs to increase sales and agent effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of sales and recruitment experience, particularly in agency development.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Local candidates preferred for better market insight.
- Any graduate background is acceptable.
